Blended store return = all Shopify sales ÷ UAE Meta spend, 2026.
FutureIQ carried the launch. The hero serum drove around 70% of product sales in its first month, and almost every order came from a brand-new customer.
Sell the science before the serum.
FutureIQ is a new category: a biomimetic hair longevity serum at AED 499. Nobody buys that from a pretty pack shot. The UAE store had opened weeks earlier and was ticking over on organic traffic. The launch had to turn curiosity into confident first purchases, fast.
So we led with education, not discounts. Every asset explained what the serum does, showed the ritual, and answered the questions a premium buyer asks before paying full price. Built natively in English, with an Arabic version so the message landed in the language people actually scroll in.
Targeting was built around intent, not broad beauty interests. Four audience strategies ran head to head, each rooted in premium haircare behaviour and hair-health concerns, so the data showed us who was ready to buy. One audience delivered 47% of all purchases at a 9.7x return on just 28% of spend, and budget followed it.
How we did it
A considered purchase needs a reason to believe.
At AED 499, the buyer needs to understand the science before the price feels right. Every message started there.
Education-first creative, in two languages.
Science, ritual and objection-handling, built for the feed in English and Arabic rather than adapted from a global asset.
Find the winner, then feed it.
Audiences tested head to head from day one, with budget moved to whatever was converting at the best return.
A new category doesn't need louder ads. It needs clearer ones. Real before-and-after results did the persuading, and turned a AED 499 unknown into the store's best seller.
